An Irish Factoid: The Wearing O' The... Orange
Just a little blurby today on something I learned not so long ago. Technically, becuase my Irish roots have a Protestant base, I should wear orange on St. Patty's day, instead of green. Protestants generally supported William of Orange, hence the assocation. However, I usually don't get the chance to explain that before getting pinched, so I wear the green.
